Dr. James M. Belcher

James M. Belcher, D.D.S.’s dental career reflects a life-long commitment to professional excellence.

In 1973 Dr. Belcher graduated from the University of Missouri in the top of his class. He then went on to earn his Certificate of Periodontology at the same institution.

Upon graduation in 1976, Dr. Belcher moved to Lakeland and began private periodontal practice.

A firm believer that a true professional must always be learning and growing, Dr. Belcher is one of the early pioneers of Periodontal Microsurgery. Microsurgery is an advanced precision technique which reduces healing time and improves the aesthetic results of periodontal procedures. Dr. Belcher has been teaching this procedure for several years to other periodontists from around the world.

Dr. Belcher lives in Lakeland with his wife, Carolyn. When time permits, he enjoys golf and piloting. Their son, Christopher is currently in Investment Banking and their daughter, Jennifer, is imployed as a consultant in California.

Dr. David A. Campbell

David A. Campbell, D.D.S., M.S. graduated in the top of his class from the University of Florida, College of Dentistry and then went on to earn his Certificate in Periodontics and Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Oral Biology from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1999.

Upon graduation, he moved back to his hometown, Lakeland, and joined Lakeland Periodontics. Coming from a strong academic background, Dr. Campbell has continued post-graduation studies with an emphasis on dental implantology. Dr. Campbell hosts an implant study club and lectures extensively on this subject.

Dr. Campbell lives in Lakeland with his wife, Jennifer and their two elementary school age children Abigail and Andrew. Outside of dentistry, his main interest is his family. However, when time permits, he enjoys traveling with his family.
