Financial Policies:
Our goal is to provide periodontal treatment in a warm and caring environment. We understand financial pressures and strive to make treatment affordable by keeping our fees reasonable. We can also provide a variety of financial options.
Dental Insurance:
For our patient's convenience, we are now providers for Humana, Humana
CompBenefits, Delta and Cigna PPO. We have the ability to file to most other
private insurance plans and will assist you in determining what estimated
portion of your treatment is covered by your insurance. Please bring your
insurance card and information at your first visit.
We also accept assignment of benefits which means at the time of your visits,
you will be asked to pay only the estimated portion that insurance is not
expected to cover. We will then file your insurance for you. Upon payment
from them, any remaining balance will be due from you.
Please understand however that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, then you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
We also ask patients to pay for their initial examination and we will file your insurance for your reimbursement.
Payment Options:
In today's economy, it can be difficult for any of us to find quality care at
a cost that fits our budgets. We have a variety of options to help remove
financial barriers for all of our patients so they can receive the care that
they need. We accept the following major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa,
& Discover) and also offer outside flexible financing through CareCredit or
Chase Health Advance.
